Lunch and Learn Monthly Series

Join us for June’s Lunch and Learn where Dr. Rebecca Wells and Lisa Lynn Norfleet will discuss lifestyle factors that are often discussed in migraine care, but that can easily become oversimplified or unintentionally stigmatizing.

In this Lunch & Learn, we’ll explore what we really mean when we talk about “lifestyle” and migraine, including how daily routines, sleep, hydration, nutrition, movement, stress, sensory environment, and other factors may influence migraine symptoms for some people. Together, we’ll look at opportunities to improve quality of life while avoiding messages that reinforce stigma or suggest migraine is “all in your head.”

Join us for our next Lunch and Learn on June 12th at 12:00-1:00 PM EST!
